AITMS is a Business School that is committed to an experiential learning methodology, but at the same time contrasted, that responds to the needs of professionals and companies of the this century and that takes advantage of new technologies to offer learning that combines traditional formal models with new formats based on social and collaborative learning, that takes advantage of the resources of next gen business and where the learning methodology is the student and the teacher becomes a learning manager who guides and guides the progress of the group. One of the bases of many studies we are experiencing the fact that learning is self-ignited, it is up to the individual, and it no way the exclusive property of educational institutions and the teacher. 

That is why we at AITMS encourage social and collaborative learning, where students have to learn to learn and learn from observation, the experience they get from solving real or simulated cases - "learning by doing" - together with their classmates and teachers. The transmission of knowledge is multidirectional.
